Carrot Mysore Pak is prepared by adding grated carrots to the basic Mysore Pak recipe, which not only gives the sweet a vibrant orange color but also imparts a subtle sweetness and a hint of carrot flavor.

To make Carrot Mysore Pak, carrots are usually grated finely  and then added to the mixture of gram flour, ghee, and sugar syrup. The mixture is then cooked until it thickens and then spread on a greased tray, allowed to cool, and cut into square or diamond-shaped pieces.

Carrot Mysore Pak is a popular sweet dish in southern India and is often made during festivals and special occasions.
