Radha's Sweets takes great care in preparing and packing your orders. However, if any of the following events occur unintentionally, we shall offer a new package of the customer's choice or full reimbursement if:

1. The package is received in damaged condition

2. It's discovered that any of the boxes inside the package are open or damaged

3. When the wrong item has been shipped

 

Refund Procedure 

Please send an email to care@radhassweets.com explaining the reason for the refund request, along with snapshots of the issue, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once our team has obtained and verified the information, the refund process will begin and be completed within 7 working days. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Subject to Images of the incorrect anorefective product).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 business days).

 

Cancellation Procedure 

Customers are asked to provide accurate details of their full names, addresses, and phone numbers. We would consider the order delivered if the address had been incomplete or incorrect. Such orders cannot be considered eligible for refunds. 

In general, you will not be able to cancel your order once it has been confirmed, except in the circumstances that follow. 

  1. If the item or the quantity on your order is unavailable, radhassweets.com will contact you on the phone number provided to them at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. While this happens, the order might be cancelled, while the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy.
  2. The order may be cancelled in the following situations by radhassweets.com

If any of the circumstances that follow occur: 

(i) The designated address falls outside the delivery area that we offer 

(ii) We are not able to communicate with you by phone to confirm the order booking 

(iii) We are unable to deliver the goods due to the lack of information, guidance, or authorization from you at the time of delivery 

(iv) We are unable to deliver all the items you ordered at the time you placed the order or 

(v) We are unable to do so for reasons beyond our control. 

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you can do so quickly and easily online.

For cancellations, simply log into your account and select the order you wish to cancel. Please note, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

If you need to make changes to your order, you will need to do so within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time we will not be able to make any changes as we process orders quickly.
