• Any loss or damage/delay to the consignment, whether directly or indirectly, due to an incorrect address, an act of God, Force Majeure, an act of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils in the air, local disputes, accidents, any natural calamity, war, riot, commotion, strike, local/political disruptions, air/rail/road disruptions/delay, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the company or inherent vice. The Company will not take into account any claim for loss, damage, or delay under these circumstances.
• radhassweets.com has to be informed for a minimum of two days in advance for all bulk orders. However, we maintain the right to decline any bulk order purchase made through its website for reasons related to logistics or setting up limitations.
• The price displayed on the website differs from the consignment box price because it includes additional fees like shipping, packaging, and any necessary taxes. Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes the customer's agreement to pay the price specified on the website and/or on any invoice produced by www.radhassweets.com. The customer consents to refrain from bringing a price-related grievance before any forum.
• www.radhassweets.com will not charge more than the prices listed on its web pages, but it reserves the right to do so at any time, without prior notice, if certain unavoidable circumstances arise. • After placing an order, the customer is bound by these terms and conditions. The customer should read the information provided above cautiously before placing an order with radhassweets.com.
• For all consignments booked, the customer will provide a full address, a Pin code number, and a telephone number for easy identification and prompt delivery. Any consignment with a post-box address only will not be provided by radhassweets.com. In addition, for deliveries going to government or semi-government offices, radhassweets.com will not provide any proof of delivery.
• The customer agrees to pay radhassweets.com once again immediately upon demand for any payments that were made to radhassweets.com for Octroi/Entry Tax charges, Sales Tax, and Airport/Railway station. The product that the customer purchased will be delivered along with any applicable demurrage charges. After 30 days, radhassweets.com will destroy all delivery records and other associated documents.
• All the conditions printed on the overleaf of the logistics partner's consignment note are also its attachment to the Customer.
• The customer agrees to receive advertising via text message from radhassweets.com. If they prefer not to receive a promotional SMS, they may send an email to care@radhassweets.com.
